We want you to be happy with every Shroomyz order. Because we sell consumable psilocybin products, returns are limited for health and safety reasons, but refunds and replacements are available in the situations below.

1. Eligible for a refund or replacement

  • Order never arrived (after a Canada Post trace is closed)
  • Order arrived damaged, melted or contaminated
  • Wrong product or wrong quantity shipped
  • Product is materially different from what was described on the site

2. Not eligible

  • “Didn’t feel anything” — psilocybin response varies; see our dosing guide before ordering
  • Buyer’s remorse after the product has shipped
  • Damage caused after delivery (improper storage, etc.)
  • Refused delivery or unclaimed package returned to sender

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@shroomyz.st within 14 days of delivery (or within 30 days of order date for lost packages) with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

We respond within 1 business day and resolve most requests within 3.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement orders ship the next business day after approval at no extra cost.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once a tracking number has been generated the order cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or contact us when it arrives.
